POSITION
PROFILE
North
American Tuning® LLC Sales Professionals are responsible for selling and
introducing our entire product line up to their customers and prospects. We
offer a base salary and uncapped commissions, but more importantly a great
opportunity to grow with a company that has barely tapped into its full
potential. You will have the opportunity to achieve monthly and quarterly
performance based bonuses. North American Tuning will help you thrive as a
sales representative by providing sales training, an excellent support
structure (e.g. sales marketing) and state of the art software.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a
Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to sell parts and
accessories for late model MUSTANG, CAMARO and CHALLENGER cars. You will
process orders and communicate with customers mostly via email, live chat but
also via phone.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
The
ideal candidate for this job has at a minimum a high school diploma
1 or more years of business-to-consumers inside sales experience preferred
Passion
for automobiles
Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation required
Basic fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques
Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization, account
forecasting / planning, negotiating, consultative selling and superior organizational
and time management skills
Internship opportunities with North American Tuning LLC are unpaid, supervised
learning experiences, which are part of a professional training program
and accept students with clear educational goals in mind. Cash bonuses may be paid at NAT's discretion.
